  • The cause of the problem is not important in resolving the problem
  • You are the expert in your life
  • You already have existing strengths and ability
  • Small changes lead to larger changes (snowball effect)

Central Philosophy:

  • It it’s not broken, don’t fix it
  • If it’s working, do more of it
  • If it’s not working, do something different
